The Chromebook I borrowed won't connect to WIFI
Answer
This is because the chromebook is trying to connect to the 02 free wifi which isn't compatible.
Please 'forget' the 02 free wifi network by clicking on the wifi symbol in the toolbar at the bottom.
Turn the chromebook off (long-press the power button)
Turn the chromebook back on and it should automatically connect to eduroam and allow you to log in with your Sussex username and password
