What should I do if I have returned a book or laptop but it remains on my library account or I keep getting emails?

While books and laptops should be removed from your library account immediately, there can sometimes be a delay. If they remain on your account for a few hours after returning them, please speak to a member of library staff at the Library Service Desk or get in touch.
