How do I renew my books?

All borrowed books are automatically renewed unless they have been requested by another user.
There are fines for the late return of books which have been recalled by another user.
You can check your library account within Library Search - click on "Sign In" in the top right hand corner of the Library Search screen. Once you have signed in with your Sussex ID and password, click on your name and choose "My Loans". This is where you can see which books you've borrowed and when they are due to either be renewed or returned.
You can also find out the status of your loans in person at the Library Service Desk or any self service machine.

To reserve an item currently on loan, click on "Request" on the item page in Library Search.
