Often this can be a problem with your browser or your cookies, particularly if it is just a single item or database. If you cannot access any resource through our Library catalogue please contact the Library - library@sussex.ac.uk
We recommend that you use Google Chrome as you internet browser - Safari and Microsoft Edge can cause some problems.
Make sure you are following links directly from our Library Search: https://www.sussex.ac.uk/library/search, or our Online Resources A-Z page: https://guides.lib.sussex.ac.uk/az/databases as this will eliminate authentication problems.
If you are still having problems, try using an incognito window or clear your cache and cookies - a shortcut is Ctlr+Shift+Del (Windows) and Command+Shift+Del (Mac).
